5When the corn pack has been on for 15 to 20 minutes, flip the pack and add the Bundt pan to the grill. Close the lid and cook until the crab is heated through, about 10 minutes.

6Remove the packets from the grill. Open carefully, as the steam will be very hot. Use a fork to cut a vent for the steam to escape and then use heat/moisture-resistant gloves to open them.

7To serve, drain off any liquid and then dump the crab and corn packages onto a table covered with banquet paper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with clarified butter.
